Warranty and Return Policy for Gardening Stake Products
Warranty Conditions: All our products come with a manufacturer warranty.
Exchange Policy: If you wish to request an exchange for a purchased product, you must contact us through our online support section on our website or via our WhatsApp line on the day you receive your product. The exchange product must be returned to us using the shipping service that we have partnered with. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Products shipped via carriers other than our partnered shipping service will not be accepted, and exchange requests must be communicated before sending any items back.
Upon receiving the faulty product returned via our partnered shipping service, we will replace it with an identical new product free of charge.
Exchanges will not be processed if the product was damaged due to improper use by the consumer or if it was used in violation of the instructions provided in the product manual within 14 days of receipt.
Additionally, products must be unused and, in a condition suitable for resale.
The conditions for product exchanges will be based on the principles outlined in the applicable consumer protection laws in the U.S.
Cancellation Policy: Products purchased through www.gardeningstake.com can be canceled without any conditions before they are shipped.
Return Policy: The return conditions outlined in our Distance Selling Agreement are applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7-21 business days after the return is received.
